Job Description

• Do you have 7 years experience with aircraftinteriors cabin systems
• If so where
• Have you worked with interiordecorative finishes galleys lavatories stowage first class or business class interiors seatsinterior liners etc
• If so describe your workspecifically and which companies you did it.
• Preference for : 3 years aerospace experience in cabinsystems interiors (ex. galleys lavatories stowage first andbusiness class seats interior liners etc.)

Ability toread and understand engineering drawings and instructions to selectcorrect parts materials tools assemblies standards and hardwareused to install fit fasten align adjust and perform the necessaryperinstallation and installation of interiors.

Understanding of proper cleaning methods surface preparationcleaning and masking for rework.

Majority ofresponsibility is for nonbaseline work requiring interpretation ofestablished processes and instructions to troubleshoot and developsolutions to complex nonstandard work.

Workindependently with limited direction from lead andmanager.

Report and work to resolve job constraintsincluding but not limited to errors caused by workmanship defectsin parts materials assembly procedures tools sequences etc.

inaccordance with Boeing procedures.

Exhibit exemplaryhousekeeping and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) standards. Maintainclean neat organized and FOD free work area.

Possessunderstanding and knowledge of basic computer systems andprograms.

Employment in this position also requiresrotation of head / neck bending and twisting at the waist walkingstanding kneeling crouching climbing / balancing flexion / extensionlifting and carrying less than 10 pounds contact with liquidcoatings plastics sealants and solvents exposure to noise and theuse of personal safety gear for face eyes hand / arm and ears.

Therewill also be an eye examination for color perception andrequirement to work in elevated and / or confined spaces in indoortemperature controlled environments as well as outdoor openenvironments.

The color matching eye exam will occuronsite.

Employees in this position will performdecorative interior repair in the aircraft cabin on assemblies madefrom various types of material including fiberglass plastic andcomposites using various methods including but not limited topainting and sweep and fill.

This job is performed at variousstages of the aircraft assembly process in factory and / or flightline locations.

Ability to correspond with internalteams and external suppliers and customers with dignity respect andintegrity while exhibiting the Values at all times.

Additional Skills :

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

Ability to work a variable shift (1st 2nd or 3rd )

7years of aerospace fabrication or manufacturing experience workingwith decorative finishes.

Experience specialized indesign and / or analysis of aircraft interiormodifications

Required technical skills include filesand paint decorative laminate (declam) and cosmetic rework (ex.paint color match surface texture match etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (DesiredSkills / Experience) :

7 years related work experience oran equivalent combination of education and experience.

7years aerospace experience in cabin systems interiors (ex. galleyslavatories stowage first and business class seats interior linersetc.)
